Yes frrrriends September is here again, no longer will the cursed little heathens known to civilized society as ''children'', prowl the streets begging for ice cream and stealing pets. Luckily for us regular size humans there is something called the Chicago public schools which handles this scourge every year 'bout this time.
Ah! September, the time when any two bit storefront with some lights and a paint job can open its doors and call itself cultural destination.
